Is Carrie's Custom Cookies a franchise?

No, Carrie's Custom Cookies is a locally-owned and operated cookie business.

Where are you located?

I am located in Roseville, CA.

Do you ship or deliver?

Unfortunately, we do not ship or deliver. We are a porch pick up small business.

How far in advance should I order?

We suggest one month notice. On the rare occasion, there are cancellations and you may be able to secure a spot. Please look at the availability calendar for openings.

How do you secure an order?

We require 50% deposit to secure your order. Full payment is due two weeks prior to pick up.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal.

How do I extend the life of my cookies?

Refrigeration is not recommended. Cookies will remain fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temp in the packaging. You can freeze the cookies for up to 3 months.

Do you offer a gluten free option?

Yes, we offer cookies made with gluten-free flour for an additional fee. Please note that these cookies are made in a home kitchen and therefore are not certified gluten free.
